Step 02
2D drawing & parameters
Our designers prepare dimensional drawings. You review capacity, height, diameter, weight targets and finish details, then confirm the specification before 3D work begins.
Step 03
3D review (recommended)
3D review helps catch proportion and hand-feel issues early. Adjusting at this stage is usually faster and lower risk than discovering problems only after steel is cut.
Step 04
Mold making
Hualian’s in-house mold design and machining team—including CNC capability—builds sample tooling from the approved design so revisions stay inside one factory workflow.
Step 05
Glass sampling
Physical glass samples are the final gate before bulk production. Check capacity, neck finish, stability, color and packing notes. Decorated samples can be arranged when your launch plan needs them.
Step 06
Mass production & export packing
After sample sign-off, production runs on our kiln schedule. Export packing is prepared for your destination market, with decoration options available for private-label programs.
Lead time depends on design complexity, glass color, decoration and kiln loading. Ask sales for a stage-by-stage estimate with your brief.

No. A clear brief plus reference photos or a sample bottle is enough for the first feasibility review. We help turn that into 2D and 3D work before steel is cut.
Custom programs include tooling cost. Sales will quote mold fees together with sampling and production assumptions so you can see the full path—not only glass unit price.
